Senior Product Manager (Growth)

Salt have just partnered with a Series A tech start-up in Berlin who just raised €10M who are building a careers platform (LinkedIn-esq) for electricians and trades people to improve the problem with getting instant access to work jobs in their field

This role will focus on improving the growth on their platform by 20% over the year, working on SEO, growth and user acquisition. This is initially marketed as a senior role but for someone exceptional we could look at making this a “head of / lead” role

Experience required

• At least 5 years in the product management space
• 3 years’ experience in a growth-related product role
• Experience working in a B2C product environment
• An interest of experience in the EdTech space would be highly desirable
• Fluent German speaker (at least C1)
