Salt have partnered with a VC backed investment company in Germany who are looking to expand their product team by hiring a Senior Product Manager to join the team. Since being founded in 2020 the team has since gone from 3 to over 60 employees, having growth above 50% year on year.

Their product is digitalizing the family office investment space, by building a platform that manages over €4 Billion over 300 clients that they have onboarded. In your position as the Senior Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in working on new client onboarding within the platform whilst working on adding brand new features to improve the product and but also look after the maintenance of old ones and making them better as the product grows!

Perfect candidate would be someone who has a keen interest in investing or has experience working as a Product Manager in this domain. Also very interested to hear from anyone from a banking or FinTech background who would be interested in building something new!

Ideal candidate credentials?

• 4+ years in product management
• Experience working in a rapid growth startup / scaleup before
• Experience working on financial products
• Strong data and analytical thinker
• You enjoy doing the full life cycle from product discovery to delivery
• Good English AND German

Happy for this role to be 100% remote if you’re based in Germany. There is office space in Berlin. We do allow people to work abroad for a set period of time too! Oh, and 30 days holiday
