The Product:

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to shape our Platform road map and lead in the delivery of new capabilities. The role will be central to coordinating the Sprint delivery plan for the Platform, working across multiple functions, balancing the priorities between the supply (partners) and demand (customers) components and keeping a clear focus on helping small business owners better run and grow their business.

The Opportunity:

• You will shape and deliver the product road-map for the platform
• Drive initiatives to improve our end-to-end user experience for partners
• Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders
• Inspire team members and users of the Platform
• Research competitors and similar products
• Ultimately attract connectivity and promote
• Act as a subject matter expert in the roll-out of the new platform features/capabilities

About you:

• You will have extensive experience in platform related product development/ preferably in a regulated platform business
• Strong product management experience with demonstrated ability to launch and manage platform capabilities/API design/promotion
• Experience influencing/delivering through technical teams
• Commercial leadership
• Excellent collaborator with a pro-active “can-do” attitude
• You have a flexible approach – respond well to change
• “Hands-on” individual, ready to execute and deliver in the early stages while building the team and capability
• Strong technical knowledge (modern and legacy)
