Senior UX Designer/Architect

Role Responsibility

As a User Experience Architect, you’ll work alongside UX Designers, Content Designers and Design Researchers. You’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams – bringing a human-centred design perspective to the projects you work on. You’ll also be joining our information architecture specialists within UX&D who are committed to making content, experiences and tools more meaningful and connected. We don’t just care about the information – our priority is always the user and their experience.

Ideally you’ll be able to demonstrate:

• A range of information architecture, design and problem solving skills – you’re just as happy sketching at a whiteboard as you are interviewing people to create personas.
• The ability to understand complexity and communicate it to varied audiences confidently – you’re passionate about your recommendations and enjoy persuading others to put them into action.
• A love of collaboration and learning – you’re comfortable using your skills to influence and complement the creativity of other disciplines and you equally enjoy learning from them.
• A passion for designing consistent, understandable and accessible experiences that provide real value to our audiences and the skills to advocate for these experiences to a varied set of stakeholders
