My client is currently transforming due to growth and an injection of private investment from Fidelity. We are investing significantly in our customers, our people and our portfolio.

If you are entrepreneurial in nature, passionate about delivering innovative solutions that empowers customers and have a proven track record of growing your own business within a business, wining new logos in the enterprise sector, we would love to talk to you.

We are currently looking for 3 x Senior Business Development Managers. Locations are as below will be able to work remotely so must be stand alone BD managers.

  • Warsaw
  • Bucharest
  • Vienna

Key accountabilities:

  • Winning new business across all product lines (Data/ Voice/ Cloud/ IT Communications/ Network Security) for my client
  • Deliver a compelling value proposition to target customers up to C-suite level
  • Develop a sales plan based on booking targets, allocated named accounts (prospects)
  • Work within a team of Sales Engineers and Bid Managers to define a compelling win-strategy for each opportunity
  • Achieve/overachieve personal booking targets
  • Deliver proper reporting (pipeline, forecast, win-loss ratio) in order to manage achievement of booking targets
  • Identify the right prospect`s stakeholder and builds connection quickly to drive consensus and success on deals
  • Work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in winning enterprise new business.
  • Negotiation and rapport building,
  • Professional Pipeline and Forecast-management
  • Proven and consistent track record on hunting new accounts (new logos)
  • Ability to present and influence at all levels
