VP Product

Europe Permanent €110000.00 - €140000.00 per annum

Salt have partnered with a well backed tech start-up in Berlin who are looking to revolutionise the Insurance world and we are looking for a VP Product to spearhead their growth into 2022.

Since their inception they have won a number of well-known big name clients in the Insurance sector all over the world and now we need a proven product leader to join forces with their CTO to recruit and build a team of insurance product experts, whilst mapping out a roadmap to deliver a product that is used all over the world.

What we are looking for?

· You have at least 5 years of experience in product leadership, preferably with products in the Insurance space

· You have experience leading and scaling product teams, in a startup from the ground up

· You are fluent in German and English

· You have a strong technical background

· You have built and delivered B2B or SaaS products

· You have hired and built exceptional product teams

· You are an expert within customer & product discovery

· You have excellent stakeholder management skills
