You will require passion and empathy for developing long term client relationships and initiate and lead full project cycle assignments and support the client’s understanding of the user centered process and confidently explain complex technical issues. We are also looking for somebody who is happy to either learn or embrace operational responsibilities to run an effective agency including financial and HR activities.

Would you like to…

/ Effectively scope, challenge, and manage digital design projects from insights, to concept, to implementation and final project delivery in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team
/ Build successful long-term client relationships that are based on quality of advice, deliverables, on budget and time, trust, transparency, excellent service and relationship management qualities
/ Coordinate design thinking / service design and technology work streams across several fast paced projects at a time, ensuring efficient use of people and lean and agile outcomes for clients
/ Part manager, part diplomat, part team motivator, you will be a critical client interface and the primary conduit for day-to-day client communications.
/ Build, manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams of international client and team stakeholders, third-party contractors, partners and freelancers
/ Support and develop the commercial value of existing client relationships, including cross and up-selling, seeking new opportunities and generating value-added ideas
/ Participate in sales activities (meetings, quotations, proposals etc.) and spot business opportunities with new and existing customers
/ Create and monitor accurate project plans and provide timely reports on financial project health, invoicing schedule and resource time tracking
/ Interpret (and challenge, where necessary) project briefs and define appropriate project approaches
/ Evaluate and QA all projects and deliverables, taking an active lead in communication strategies for the monitoring, evaluation and improvement of quality issues across the project team
/ Drive constant improvement and ideas to enhance existing processes, management and tools and champion these within the business
/ Understand how key trends in the digital service industry impact your discipline. Stay up-to-date with developments and champion innovative technology
/ Conduct operational tasks that enable the running of an effective studio, including financial, HR

We would like you to have….

/ Minimum 4-6 years running full cycle projects within a creative agency environment
/ Experience with cross platform solutions and different CMS systems and technical understanding and the ability to interact with the client as a subject matter expert
/ Proven experience in PM methodologies including agile with crucial commercial awareness
/ Empathy and understanding for the design process, understanding of people centred processes and user research approaches
/ Superlative written and verbal communication skills – internal and client facing
/ Serious attention to detail and accuracy
/ Self-confidence and a collaborative team style
