Freelance UX/UI Designers for Native project | Up to £400 per day | 6-12 month contract | Jan 2019 Start | Central London

The role will be working on the design and development of the mobile and retail banking app for a Global Financial Organisation, based out of their Fintech Innovation office in Central London. This is an ongoing project so you will already have a library and system to work with that are already in place.

Focusing on the next iteration of their Mobile app, you’ll be designing the journey for Native (iOS and Android) from start to finish. You’ll be working alongside Product, UX, UI and Service Designers, Researchers, and Prototypers.

You’ll be working as a either a UX, UI or Hybrid UX/UI Designer on the app on a 6-12 month contract. They’re looking for specialists; individuals who have experience working with teams and projects across many channels. Someone who can see and deliver complex design and create new and innovating design.

You will have experience being a hands on mobile product designer with a solid grasp of the latest design, user interface and user experience techniques. You will be used to speaking with stakeholders and be able to identify digital solutions to complex problems.

The product has a live chat function so any experience with chat bots in the past is a plus, if not it’s a great opportunity to get experience working with Smart voice technology under your belt.

  • You will have experience working with many leading clients and agencies delivering key digital projects by identifying key challenges and producing UI solutions
  • You want to work with the best UI and UX minds in the industry and want to be part of a team that delivers results
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You will have a portfolio filled with UX/UI examples – Native work is ESSENTIAL
  • You will have worked with Sketch before
  • You can show examples where you have lead created concepts from brief through to completion
  • You love a challenge, and turning them into workable solutions
