Studio Manager

My client seeks a Content Studio Manager to work alongside a Production Manager, Content Producer and small team of Screen Artists and Integrated designers. They will be responsible for the delivery and quality of work produced for the client. This is a key role within the team and as a result he/she will be responsible for quality control on a technical level, consistency and they will also work alongside key stakeholders to successfully complete projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the scope of work alongside the Production Director
• Ensure and manage the consistency of assets within the digital asset management system
• Mentor new team member to expand their skill sets for projects
• Organise and archive files for existing and closed projects
• Quality control on all deliverables
• Studio traffic management using Traffic Live
• Working with the Production Manager to ensure all briefs are ticketed correctly using Jira

Requirements

• 5+ years Studio Management experience troubleshooting and managing a team of integrated designers
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop/Illustrator skills
• Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including website builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A meticulous, detail-oriented team player with exceptional organisational skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and process-driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility and ability to travel as required, sometimes for several weeks at a time
• Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9:00-18.00 framework and occasionally on weekends
