Contract Service Designer

Digital creatures! The market is picking up hence I am working with a US FinTech start up who are launching in several cities in the USA and they need a remote contract Service Designer to help them map out the service blueprint for a US-based FinTech proposition to start ASAP for 6 weeks:

They are looking for:

1. Previous experience in the financial management / FinTech space

2. Experience in delivering customer and proposition validation using mainly digital channels

3. Understanding of, and empathy with the LGBT+ community

4. Access to a network of US-based LGBT+ people for testing and validation to understand the US market would also be really helpful

You will be working alongside a researcher and 4/5 other people so team of 8 in total.

They need someone who can deliver service design and research in remote channels – ideally intuitive or learned understanding or LGTB.

Someone who is really self sufficient as you will be working independently to deliver on your own, alongside the CPO. Free and keen?
