Lead UX/CX Consultant (Acting Head of CX)

£500-£550 per day / Slough / 6 months rolling

We are looking for an experienced Lead CX Consultant to join our talented CX team working on a major client. Based in Slough, you will be embedded within the client offices and will effectively act in a Head of CX capacity to manage a team compromising of both agency and partner CX Consultants.

The role is focussed on the customer facing experience (front-end), ensuring the output of the CX team is consistent and aligns with the over-all programme objectives.

You will have a strong track record of designing transformative customer experiences and applying user centred design thinking to multiple channels and devices, considering the end-to-end customer journey. You will also have experience in carrying out research and analysing insights through to concept creation and validation.

You’ll need great collaborative skills and be able to confidently manage a team (upwards of 7 people). Our ideal candidate will have excellent client stake-holder skills and experience representing the CX function at programme level (including C-suite level programme sponsors).
