Freelance Service Designer

Another role that’s just popped in! Working with an awesome client leading the UK’s real estate market. They are looking for a freelance senior Service Designer to start in the next couple of days for a monthly rolling contract.

The gig:

~ Very specific / senior role

~ Working on internal systems team (different to product team)

~ Product team have agile methodology / product owners / product designers etc.

~ Internal systems team now moving to that way of working so have hired a product owner

~ Need a service designer to support product owner

~ Projects include = complaints + questions/ account manager appointments/ booking appointments/ on-boarding people into the business

~ You will need to look at the big picture but also how each individual process works as it will be a mixture of product + enterprise + service design

~ Confident in showing people how it is done

~ Inside IR35

~ Remote
