Freelance UX Designer

My goodness the market is busy, so much so I am working with one of London’s most iconic perfumeries who are looking for a freelance UX Designer who can also do UI Design to start asap for 2/3 months remote.

So, what’s the gig?

~ The company wants to maintain their integrity of what they stand for, so they are looking at making their website more engaging and look at the storytelling for their eCommerce platform

~ Whilst the majority of this will be UX Design, they also need someone who can create flawless UI Design to compliment the UX

~ You will be working alongside a Backend Developer on this project

~ Really delving into what do the customers want, their personal experience, talking to people

~ Specifically looking at their Checkout and see how you can streamline this link through to their Finance system, as their website is becoming more manual on orders which is frustrating for their customers

~ They would like to improve the customer experience into a seamless experience, so customers are not bombarding their Sales team with calls and manual orders

~ They work in InVision so great if you can use that

~ Ideally having worked in Perfumery/ Beauty as they need someone to understand their heritage and the beauty industry
