Where? – Based in London with European Travel

*** We are seeking UX Researchers with remote-testing experience who want to work on a range of interesting research projects for a huge global fintech and innovation organisation with an extensive list of big name B2B and B2C brands! ***

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for understanding people and their needs
• Skill in choosing user research methods to elicit insights (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Skill in communicating the value of user research to stakeholders
• Skill in communicating insights to stakeholders through a variety of methods
• Exceptional organisation and coordination skills
• Experience using remote moderated and unmoderated research tools
• Experience executing user research processes independently

Preferable:

• Msc or Bsc in Human-Computer Interaction, Ergonomics or Psychology
• Proficiency in German language (other languages will also be of interest)
• Experience in managing user research projects internationally across multiple brands products and languages
• Experience in research for B2C, B2B and internal products & services
• Knowledge of service design
• Knowledge of user experience design

Responsibilities:

• Manage user research projects from start to finish
• Support Product Designers and Product teams with qualitative design research
• Support customer experience strategy and service design initiatives with user research
• Produce quantitative benchmarks of ecommerce user experiences
• Present insight to stakeholders about our customer experience
• Supporting business stakeholders with user research for new propositions
• Develop capabilities to conduct user research across all of the clients markets (with an initial focus on UK, Germany and Japan)
• Execute operational tasks for user research including writing screeners, recruiting participants, organising research labs, coordinating with 3rd parties, moderating, capturing observations and managing incentives

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in User Research

Requirements:

• Work at Central London Office
• Some business travel to Europe (including but not limited to Brussels, Munich, Cologne, Newcastle, Epsom)
• [Remote working allowed occasionally]
