Head of Design

User-experience is core to our client being the leading platform for enabling individuals and their advisors to invest in private equity.

As a Head of Design, you will

• Own the overall product design strategy, design roadmap and design processes
• Sit on the Product Committee and play a key role in ideation, translation and delivery
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and customer needs
• Utilize usability studies, customer feedback and market analysis to make the most informed decisions
• Mentor, grow and lead our team of talented designers.
• Be hands-on and support the team to deliver

What You Bring

• Qualification in design/UX/UI
• Previous experience leading a Design team
• You thrive in a Startup environment
• Previous experience working with a luxury or financial brand
• Solid design theory knowledge related to practices, especially UX
• Strategic and big picture thinker
• Curious and comfort using IT platforms
• Technical skills including UX/UI design, process design and user research
• Knowledge of innovation frameworks ie Google Sprint
• The ability to persuade and motivate others
• Diplomatic and comfortable handling outside ideas and suggestions
