My client is an incredibly innovative start-up, working on a brand-new product which will completely disrupt and transform the PropTech industry. The founders of this business are incredibly well known in this sector and sold their last organisation for £1.5 billion! – They are aiming to triple the success and value with their new venture, something you can be a part of too!

THE ROLE

Looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned Lead Product Designer who will build the design function and have the opportunity to build a creative/ux team from the ground up! You will be the vital link between the business, the user and the wider business. You will support a cross-functional teams and development teams to help guide its growth, refine their processes and support the team so it can build the best product and experiences for their customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build your own creative team & design function for the business.
• Draw from your practical experience to produce highest quality designs, strategy and recommendations to be used by the business to inform decision making and guide strategy for business optimisation and growth
• Work alongside a Microsoft gold partner to see how best to leverage their Data through AI, Deep machine Learning,
• Create user stories and translate high-level business solutions
• Work in an agile team with a ‘hands-on’ approach
• Identify issues and opportunities, and acting as a bridge between different teams

THE IDEAL experience

• A passion for championing the customer
• Experience working in a B2B business
• Experience around Data, CRM
• Start up experience
• Strong portfolio of beautiful end to end case studies.
• Experienced in building and leading teams

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £60,000 – £80,000 + Fantastic Benefits + Bonus + shares
