An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead UX Designer looking to join an established Digital Service Design Agency who enjoy doing work that has a positive impact on society!

You’ll be joining a great team of innovative thinkers with strong technical capabilities and ambitious growth plans, helping them to service a range of clients, including those in government, charity, corporations and start-ups.

*(Must be able to check in and attend client meetings at London-based office when required)*

As Lead UX Desginer you’ll be:

• Demonstrating design thinking to create great user-centred digital products
• Driving new business & creating Design propositions
• Leading UX and service design projects
• Leading workshops and facilitating
• Creating user journey maps, service blueprints, reports
• Chipping in with hands-on UX work, by creating sketches or wireframes
• Helping to grow a specialised Design offering
• Educating clients on UX Design principles and value
• Establishing internal UX Design frameworks and methodologies
• Training and mentoring team members in Design

You’ll love this role if you are:

• An experienced Senior/Lead level User Experience Designer looking for a new challenge
• Enthusiastic about GDS and NNG practices
• An analytical thinker, who enjoys problem solving and learning new industries as well as complex domains
• Empathetic with the users, but considerate of organisational needs
• Comfortable working under time pressure and meeting deadlines
• A natural, capable and engaging manager and mentor
