Lead UX Designer – Disruptive Startup – Up to £80k + Shares !!

My client are an incredibly innovative startup, working on a brand new product which will completely disrupt and transform the PropTech industry. The founders of this business are incredibly well known in the industry and sold their last organisation for £1.5 billion! – They are aiming to triple the success and value with their new venture, something you can be a part of too!

They are currently looking for a Lead UX Designer to take complete ownership of the product, not just from a UX/Creative perspective but also from a strategical point of view. You will have the opportunity to build you own team over time, work flexibility with options to be remote and also own a high volume of shares in the business giving you a real vested interest in the success of the platform.

Please note; my clients office is based in Birmingham, but half and half remote work is offered (half in office, half at home).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, create, develop and deliver all the UX requirements and activities of a digital product, including:
• Full and detailed UX design specifications (Wireframes, user journeys, paper prototypes)
• Brand consistency and alignment
• Run workshops with stakeholders to effectively co-design products and services that ladder up to the customer experience strategy
• Grow the design/product team as you see fit while spearheading the creative direction of the product.
• Mentoring and coaching of Product Designers to ensure exceptional UX solutions are delivered
• Responsible for maintaining design standards and consistency across the design and development of digital products
• Champion UX and be passionate about creating exceptional and inspirational experiences for our customers
