My client is on track to become Europe’s #1 holiday bookings provider and has UX at the heart of it’s thinking. They’re looking for an outgoing and experienced UX/UI Designer to join their team in Shoreditch. You’ll be reporting to the Head of User Experience and Creative Director and working alongside two Middleweight designers. You will breath UX/UI and lead the business through the next part of their adventure. You’d be responsible for shaping the vision for the business across the website and delivering this in collaboration with our excellent development team. Your day will vary between carrying out research to validate ideas, and then working alongside your fellow designers to actualise them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the Creative Director in planning the vision of the website
• Create user-Journeys and User-Flows to be presented to company stakeholders
• Support the product owner and development team in building out the new website
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product owner and engineers
• Illustrate designs ideas in user-flows and prototypes
• Design graphic user interface elements in a sandbox-to-live environment
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Conduct and analyse user testing
• Support the Creative Director with brand and asset creation

REQUIRED:

• 3-5 years experience working as a UX/ UI designer
• Portfolio of design projects and UX projects
• Knowledge of wireframing tools (Sketch, Invision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design tools (Photoshop)
• Understanding of latest design trends and patterns
• Good time-management skills

• Having previous product owner experience would be a benefit
