The role I hear you say?

• You will be responsible for conducting initial user research, pushing their vision out whilst designing desirable and intuitive multi-channel experiences, plus the usual wireframes and visual designs, and iterative validating solutions with users
• Have good research skills too

What will you be doing?

• User-centricity
• Develop the visual style to the client Delivery team’s design guidelines
• Work on consistent digital experiences across multiple platforms
• Create new concepts, storyboards, interaction designs and prototypes
• Measure user experience metrics on the wins of UX improvements and analytics
• Lead design workshops and facilitate sessions
• Collaborate as part of an agile team

The skills?

• Strong visual design skills for high-fidelity product screens
• Understanding between customer needs to technical requirements
• Having worked with design systems that consistently scale across platforms
• Solid experience working in design teams in an Agile product development
• Banking experience is essential
• To mentor the more junior members of the team whenever necessary
• If you can speak Arabic then amazing but not essential
• Tools – Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, Invision

This Challenger Bank is ideally looking for someone who can speak Arabic as that will put you in a very good position but this is not essential. They are looking for solid experience within Challenger Banks though, so if this sounds like you then do holla at me!
