Our client is an innovative start-up that aims to use technology to simplify traditional means of operational healthcare. They believe in behavioural science-based decision making and the power of good experience design to aid in developing their technology globally. This is a UI/Product Designer within a large decentralised UX team (with a centralised Design Team family feel) of around 30 other UX/Product Designers.

Key Requirements

  • You have the relevant commercial experience and proven experience of linking user needs with business goals
  • You can complete the UI Visual Design (using Sketch/PS etc..) to full quality delivery standards using a base pattern library
  • You are used to working in agile environments and enjoy the benefits of working in this way
  • Work collaboratively within an Agile process with; other product designers, product owners, project managers, UI/UX and developers
  • Is an expert in UX/UI design and Adobe Creative Suite
  • You will create solutions that incorporate all of the elements of a great experience while being within style guidelines to meet brand objectives
  • You will bring inspiring ideas and motivation to an energetic and collaborative team
  • Must have previous experience as a digital product designer
  • You will apply your skills across our website, mobile and web apps to create a
  • cohesive product experiences. There is a lot of scope for variety and creativity.
  • Overseeing the visual design and implementation process through from concept to
  • delivery, take ownership and responsibility for all visual design aspects.
  • Ensuring you stay abreast of digital & consumer trends
