Client: An established B2B start-up company in the cybersecurity sector

Where: Southbank, London

More about you:

You’re a data-driven, user-passionate and security-aware Product Designer looking to join the product team of a mature start-up and take ownership of driving the product growth; from ideation, to prioritisation to design to execution.

You know how to defend your roadmap while remaining open to changing it when the market research tells you to.

You have a dynamic portfolio which gives an insight into your cognitive design abilities and processes.

Your experience:

• You’re familiar with product discovery and agile development tools, frameworks and processes.
• You enjoy being hands-on at all stages of the UX process, from research through to testing through to design.
• Your product toolkit includes user story mapping, various user testing methods, user personas, value proposition design, and roadmap management with a variety of stakeholders.
• You feel confident when facilitating brainstorming and prioritisation sessions with users and cross-functional teams.
• You’ve launched new products as well as have experience in leading the continuous improvement of more established products.
• You’re confident in having design leadership and ownership, and are able to advise/guide strategic design decisions.
• You have a broad depth of knowledge, particularly around data visualisation, information architecture and tool building.
• You have a methodical approach
• Tools used: Jira, Confluence and ProdPad – but don’t worry if you’re used to other tools, your experience with shaping great products is what matters the most!
• Bonus Points! – You’re a natural educator/mentor and influencer. You’re deeply ingrained in the UX/Data/Product Industry. You attend events, you post blogs, you live and sleep UX!
