Product Designer UX/UI

My Client are a Award winning startup who are specialist in crowd sourcing open Data through the use of Machine Learning and community engagement. They are looking for a brilliant and experienced Mobile UX / UI Designer, who can follow all the phases from the design, to the development and testing of the app features independently following the Principles of Human Centered Design. Fundamental in your nature will be the ability to work with Agile & Lean UX methodology autonomously and proactively within a multidisciplinary team. You will work directly with the CTO and with the development team and will also report and with Marketing. In all your work, you will thrive and demonstrate an interest in project with social impact, awareness and change in mind:

The Designer they are looking for must be a passionate person, with at least 2-5 years experience. Ability to speak Italian would be advantageous. You will be able to create elegantly simple but high-impact experiences right the way from research and discovery, which will include personally lead interviews and workshops, to final design and delivery.
