Senior Designer | Central London | Fintech

My client, a leading global investment firm, is looking for a Senior Integrated Designer to join the team, based in the heart of the City. You will work within the global Design and Content team supporting the creation of design collateral across the companies trading brands and ensure that all brand content across all marketing channels, including the website, social media, email, digital media, is consistent, compliant and meets the objectives of the Brand, Acquisition, CVM and product teams.

This is a great opportunity for a Mid to Senior level Integrated Designer looking for a position with more autonomy and a fast pace. You’ll hit the ground running and be a key player in the mission to create and increase brand value proposition and managing the look and feel for a large brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure brand design consistency across regions
• Work closely with the regional marketing teams and agencies/freelancers to delivery on all campaigns
• Support colleagues building and publishing digital assets across websites and social channels
• Liaise with internal colleagues and external suppliers, e.g. agencies, designers and printers, as required
• Sign off on smaller projects or present back creative to senior colleagues
• Lead projects and hold meetings with required parties

Ideal Candidates

• Will have experience working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques to deliver cutting-edge work

Regulatory Requirements

• Maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards and values
• Adhere to and proactively enhance the firm’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct in all jurisdictions in which the firm conducts business and which have an impact on its business
• Work to identify risks and enhance control across the business
• Ensure that all project files are updated at all times on the network drive

Required Skills

• Solid ecommerce or direct marketing related creative design experience at a similar level within digitally led marketing organizations preferably in the financial, trading, spread-betting or online gambling sectors
• Artworking experience (POS, Press Ads, Cover-Ups, FSDUs etc)
• HTML5 / CSS 3 Experience
• Illustration and Vector Art Experience
• Attention to detail
• Solid ecommerce or direct marketing related creative design experience at a similar level within digitally led marketing organizations preferably in the financial, trading, spread-betting or online gambling sectors
