Are you a Senior level UI Designer who wants to work for a company who are creating innovative tech products to help solve complex internal and external business problems?

Do you want to be an integral part of a design team tasked with creating beautiful, intuitive products for web and mobile?

We are looking for a talented UI Designer who can work closely with researchers, developers, product owners, stakeholders and other designers to improve on products and services for a diverse range of users.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking a human-centered design approach that balances business goals and constraints, and pragmatically delivers the best design possible.

• Working closely with researchers, UX designers and developers to turn ideas into pixel perfect, fully functioning designs.

• Maintaining the quality of the UI and brand across mobile and web, reviewing and feeding back into development teams

• Maintaining your vision for great design with a focus on improving key metrics that ultimately increase revenue and profit.

• Present concepts and design recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Mentoring junior design team members in developing their practical design skills and processes.

Experience and Key Skills:

• In-depth working knowledge of the creative software packages, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
• Meticulous attention to design detail and typography
• Experience of explaining and communicating design ideas and concepts effectively
• Experience of applying brand to various channels and services
• Experience of distilling complex requirements down into focused solutions
• Experience interpreting wireframes and transforming them into striking visuals
• In-depth knowledge of how current technology impacts design
• Responsive (cross-channel) web, mobile and app design experience
• Experience of working in a fast-paced agile environment
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of design,
• development, and product management
• Experience of sketching and prototyping using tools such as Invision and Framer
• Experience of negotiating important design decisions successfully with senior stakeholders
• Work to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
• HTML and CSS experience or knowledge
