Senior User Experience Researcher

We’ve been retained by a rapidly-growing payment service that’s targeting its expansion on the developing, high growth and high population markets in North Africa, the middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia.

We are looking for an empathetic researcher who is a master of human-centered design, can design and lead qualitative (and quant) research studies across languages & cultures, and has a knack for accessible/universal UI design to serve their low-literacy customers.

Understanding the customer is key to their future success. They’re really keen to meet people with interesting backgrounds who can show empathy for their potential customers and devise research plans that will inform their product development.

Of course, someone who is passionate about creating responsible financial products accessible to everyone would be idea, but if you can demonstrate a record of devising research strategies for accessibility, then they’d love to have a chat.
