Senior UX Designer

My client are Global Experience Agency looking for a UX Designer, this is an exciting opportunity to join an Agency who are well established within the digital sector and work on a variety of different accounts.

You will be responsible for improving and developing products ,you will have a focus on User Centred Design and create innovative engaging experiences for their broadcaster clients. You will liaise with stakeholders to design concepts from initial brief to final product whilst mentoring junior members of the team.

To be considered for this role you with have experience within digital design, specifically web and mobile design. You will also have a good understanding of UX/UI practices and have experience working within brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing other team members.

Key Accountabilities:

• You’ll attend stakeholder meetings, conceptualising briefs, writing proposals and generating innovative design solutions.
• You’ll outline client, user and technical needs and turn them into project objectives.
• You’ll design digital experiences for apps, websites and many other digital products.
• You’ll manage the design process; set goals, drive decisions, track issues and create solutions.
• You’ll use your passion to exceed client expectations, inspire co-workers and help us build our design capabilities.
• You’ll take ownership of your work, your team, your product and every design detail.
• You’ll report into the Creative Director regularly, escalating any issues and finding new ways to inspire and push the team’s creative abilities.
