Senior UX/UI Designer Opportunity | Climate Change Tech

In this role, you’ll help to design a ground-breaking digital platform that’s directly taking millions of tonnes of carbon out of the atmosphere.

We’re looking for an experienced designer with excellent UX process and end-to-end skills, taking products from discovery to launch.

About the role:

• Develop and apply a user-centred design approach for our digital platform
• Working from the conceptual stage, collaborate with Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to help define a UX strategy that aligns to our company goals and product vision
• Support with conducting user research, utilising insights into current and unmet needs to create personas, user journeys/experience maps, to steer key project decisions
• Design and validate new experiences via mock-ups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artefacts
• Build mobile concepts and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for concept validation
• Define and refine design language and style guides

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human factor design, UX, Interaction design, Graphic design or a related area of study, or equivalent work experience
• An excellent portfolio of web and app projects that showcases your creativity, and a thorough understanding for mobile design and user experience best practices
• Consumer focused with a deep curiosity for understanding human behaviour the way people think
• A love for user centred design and creating intuitive, and impactful experiences
• A dynamic collaborative approach for quick and confident product development
• Proven experience in running design workshops
