Senior Product Designer – Retail / eCommerce – Up to £70k

Are you a Senior Product Designer with particularly strong skills in UX who wants to join a great team who have been set a unique challenge to optimise the digital experience in every area of this leading Retail business; from field to customer home, from shop floor to boardroom?!

Want to be involved in providing a host of new and innovative products and experiences which will drastically improve the way your colleagues work in the depots, stores, store support centres or out in the field, whether driving delivery vans, articulated lorries or meeting suppliers around the world?

We are looking for a talented, passionate and flexible Product Designer who wants to gain experience working across a wide range of digital products and services within this progressive, forward-thinking retail group!

You will need:

• A solid background of defining and delivering innovative design solutions that meet customer needs as well as business challenges
• Experience as a Product or UX designer with a big brand or agency, or the desire to work for one
• An engaging and confident approach to presenting solutions to and influencing stakeholders
• Confidence in using insights (quant and qual) to discover and define and using usability testing to validate
• Experience of collaborative working in a multi-disciplined, agile environment
• Experience of working with and contributing to design systems and principles
