Service Designer
SERVICE DESIGNERS | Contract | London | £500+ pd
I am working with a new client, an innovation and transformation consultancy who for some time now have been honing in on their skills and deliverable solutions into the Service Design, Customer Experience and ‘Digital Transformation’ arenas.
The group have won a number of exciting projects and are looking for Senior Service Designers to join a solid team of passionate and talented folk to aid in delivering the best solutions.
The work will be client-facing, dynamic and challenging.
Role in a nutshell:
- Top line project brief: Designing an experience to connect individuals homes to the next generation of fibre
- Service blueprint
- Service mapping including pain points and creation of ideation / innovation point
- Some research will be needed alongside absorbing a lot of pre-existing research
- Co-creation workshops
