User Experience Designer – Retail Banking

Banking has changed a lot in the last few years. Customer perceptions and demands are shaped by a bewildering amount of new accounts and products on the market, but fundamentally, people want to be able to log on to their account, pay for things and have the whole thing be a seamless experience.

This UX Design position is within a well-known retail bank and you’d be joining a large design team of great people, designing for tens of millions of users.

• Designing journeys to help people plan and manage their finances
• Applying accessibility principles to different customer groups
• Working on future projects for chat, AI and VR

Who we’re looking for:

• User Experience Designer who understands research
• Good soft skills and communications
• Sketch and Figma would be ideal but not must-haves
