User Researcher

This company’s sites and products have helped thousands of people and companies find each other, and start new relationships.

They’ve got a close-knit team of Product Designers who currently do the research and testing themselves, but they now need a dedicated user researcher to join them to be a go-to resource and general user research oracle. You’d help to:

• Set up surveys
• Conduct user interviews
• Lead moderated and unmoderated testing
• Assist members of the team in their own research
• Present findings to teammates and client stakeholders

You’d be joining a nice team and enjoy a flexible working environment (fully remote available for a really good candidate) and get the opportunity to shape research in a way that really builds on your skills and experience in a massive platform with millions of users.
