Freelance User Researchers

If you are not yet melting already, I have a brief for a freelance remote mid-weight/ Senior User Researcher starting next week for 2-3 months (they have 1 project signed off and waiting for another) with an independent brand and communication agency + Outside IR35!

I have worked with this agency for 6 years and placed lots of freelancers there, and can tell you it’s an awesome place to work!

The awesome things you will be doing:

  • Lead, plan, organise, carry out and analyse a wide range of appropriate user research activities to support the team’s + organisation’s goals
  • Use a mixture of Quant and Qual research methods
  • Present clear and timely insights to emphasise and reinforce key messages
  • Manage internal and external suppliers, e.g., user recruitment companies
  • Work collaboratively and be embedded into a client team
  • Conduct user testing
  • Create customer journey maps
  • Demonstrate a track record in gathering and delivering actionable user insights, which influence product road-maps, achieve intuitive user centric experiences and business goals.
