A global creative production company are looking for an experienced, passionate UX Design Lead to mentor and manage a strong UX team as they craft amazing digital products for leading businesses and brands!
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and Coaching a team of 6+ people
- Running UX Design Projects
- Managing workflows
- Ensuring the UX team are able to work well and effectively
- Helping team with career direction and education
- Being the first person team goes to for all enquiries
- Managing client relationships
- Hands-off UX design taking a strategic approach
- (Role reports to the UX Director)
About you:
- Must be driven by creative culture
- Must be able to carry yourself in front of a client
- Has relevant agency or client-side experience
- Preferable Experience in Ecommerce, B2B Platforms, Native Apps
- Has a strong UX portfolio of past projects
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
