UX Designer

Working alongside a design team of 4, you will support the discovery and design of brand-new features!

About the role:

• Work in a multi-discipline product squad alongside designers, product managers, developers and more
• Support with the discovery process, conducting user studies to understand customer pain points and new opportunities
• Deliver thorough UX processes and methodologies including wireframes, storyboards, flow diagrams, sketches, mockups and prototypes
• Assist with the maintenance and development of the design system for scalability
• Instil a design thinking culture within the team and wider business

About you:

• Level is not important, and we can hire from 1 years’ experience to the senior level
• Solid commercial UX Design experience is important and you will have a portfolio showcasing a variety of web and app-based projects
• You will have developed consistent and thorough UX processes and methodologies
• You’ll have an excellent understanding of user-centred design and interaction design principles
• You are passionate about putting the user first and developing design thinking practices within a fast-growing business
• Experience with industry leading tools, for example Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe InDesign, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
