An ambitious, customer-centric Product team with an inspiring mission and purpose, are looking for a talented UX Researcher to help grow this forward-thinking compare-tech brand! You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of customer research techniques to help the team build products their customers will love!

You and Your Skills:

• Some experience in planning, completing, analyzing and reporting on user-testing sessions, then using this information to recommend practical and achievable changes
• Knowledge in designing and running user testing sessions
• Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments
• Knowledge of customer research techniques for mobile device
• Running unmoderated quantitative research for quick feedback on proposed interactions or visuals
• Ability to identify appropriate customer research techniques for specific scenarios
• Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
• Commissioning independent research, and briefing interviewers and researchers
