Customer Research Analyst


Location: Hybrid/2 days in the London or Bristol office per month

Salary: £35,000 – £41,000

You will be working within a newly formed centre of excellence team which is now 9 strong, reporting into an exceptional hiring manager that is ex John Lewis! This team focuses on CX metrics, NPS and brand health and your focus would be on NPS. You will be working alongside other Research Managers in the team as well as leading on your own projects

You will be supporting the delivery of robust market and competitor insight and the management and analysis of internal customer experience research. You will be key to ensuring that the customer experience is effectively measured and benchmarked through research and analysis of secondary sources, producing insights that deliver real value.

Key Experience:

  • Analysing existing market trends, competitor insight and benchmarking performance
  • Reporting on internal CX metrics, including “always on” tracking of key channel customer experience.
