Born out of a large investment banking institution, with backing from many of the major players in this space and clients across 29 markets, this rapidly growing scale-up is offering a unique solution to a major challenge in the industry – decision making.

The product is simple, yet incredibly complex. It is a platform that allows global influencers within investment groups and FTSE 500 companies to securely register their inputs wherever they are around the world.

With many means of verification – think facial recognition, ID, and fingerprint – alongside the risks involved with cyber security, it presents a intricate web of data trails and processes. We are now looking for someone to own and build on these trails.

This is a growth hire, as the company continues to expand. You’ll be inheriting a talented team of 12 – made up of technical strong Data Engineers, DBAs and Analysts – with the task of driving future growth. They are up to 200 strong right now, with massive plans for 2023. You’ll be shaping the technical architecture, guiding the design and build of pipelines, and working closely with product team and senior stakeholders on shaping the organization for their next moves.

We need a solid leader, someone who has grown teams in the past, yet also has the ability to be that over-the-shoulder mentor to their team. So not too far removed from the technical trenches! Ideally you’ll have experience in the financial services or fin-tech space, but this is not 100% necessary.

In return you’ll receive a competitive package around £100,000 to £130,000, with a strong discretionary bonus and equity. Fantastic data-centric culture, with a talented team in place and incredible growth opportunities. The benefits list is long!
