Executive Marketing Manager

Salt is excited to once again collaborate with a Global Leading Software Giant as they resource for Marketing Manager to join their EMEA Marketing team who will work effectively with their internal teams, exercise agility and out great focus in working with senior stakeholders and contributors.

This opening plays a pivotal role in ensuring the marketing offerings in your specific region are well aligned to the team objectives. You will partner with regional leaders and stakeholders, provide regular updates and insights to your specific regional team members and feed back regional insights into the broader EMEA marketing strategy.

You will ideally hold CRM experience, ensuring that data/data tracking is up-to-date and complete for customers and set the standard across EMEA and are meeting the metrics needed from the organisation

Key Role Requirements:

• Manage all executive marketing events across your specific region and support pan-EMEA executive marketing activities
• Liaise effectively with key stakeholders across the organisation and within region, including Field Marketing, Comms, Sales and regional leadership, and also manage external stakeholders and delivery partners such as local agencies
• Support your region in identifying the best customers for the marketing offerings, monitor nominations and support customer care in-region
• Effectively capture customer data alongside Field and Sales colleagues
• Support in achieving key performance indicators and drive tracking mechanisms, analysis and course corrections throughout all programs
• Support pan-EMEA Strategy creation and feedback potential regional discrepancies
• Oversee responsibility for Database management and reporting and implementation of best practice in line with the wider EMEA objectives
