Location: Hybrid/2 times in the London or Bristol office per month

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000

12 months FTC

You will be working within a newly formed centre of excellence team which is now 9 strong, reporting into an exceptional hiring manager that is ex John Lewis! This role is suitable for a candidate that can adapt and pick up new skills quickly. This team focuses on CX metrics, NPS and brand health.

In this role you will be focussed on delivering market and competitor insights for multiple teams in the business. You are required to be commercially aware with experience in delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders. You’ll have an in-depth knowledge of research techniques and methodologies and secondary sources of information, and the ability to ensure insight solutions are tailored and deliver real value.

Your role will primarily be secondary research and data analysis, although could also cover both qualitative and quantitative research projects as well. Your focus will primarily be on the external research measurement for their brand and customer experience. Through highly specialised analysis, you will work with key business partners to identify opportunities to influence change that impact our service and brand metrics.

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
• Knowledge of secondary sources in Financial Services
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills & experience, able to interrogate data and identify key insights
