As a multibillion dollar business, this much loved and globally revered luxury retailer have spent a number of years investing a huge amount into data and CRM personalization. They are growing many of their data teams to continually optimise and improve customer experience and this is where this role comes in!

This role sits within the EMEA CRM function, and we are looking for someone with a curious mindset, someone who can build reports and dashboards, and deliver insights around the customer. You will work as part of the CRM EMEA team plus you will also have partner agencies to work with too, in order to unearth valuable information and make recommendations to a range of stakeholders.

But we need someone who can go beyond the basics of reporting, and proactively identify requirements from across the business, translating your findings into beautiful decks and data visualisations.

Technically they have Tableau and SQL in house, but this is not a highly technical role – it’s more about the ‘so what’, and the ‘why’ behind the data – informing stakeholders why and how they should be repositioning a certain product, optimizing a campaign to impact an audience segment differently, even affecting the overall strategy of the business – you will have this opportunity!

Experience required:

• Educated to at least degree level in a numerate subject such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, chemistry, physics, machine learning, computer science etc.
• A naturally curious mindset, a desire to deliver insightful change and impact is KEY
• Skills using SQL to manipulate and analyse various data sets in large volumes is essential
• Ideally experience with either Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Qlik to build dashboards and engaging data visualisations
• Confident and strong presentation skills; ability to bring data to life for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
• Thrives in a pacey and high performing environment
• Strong team collaboration skills, able to work in a dynamic and solutions focused environment
