Location: Barcelona (Hybrid 2 days in the office per week)

Salary: €60,000 – €70,000

The client you will be joining is an established and well known eCommerce organisation who have just gone through an exciting merger. They have a well established analytics function which consists of 5 teams, you will be apart of the Performance and Pricing team, mentoring but not managing two juniors with 3 years of experience.

You will be the go to person for marketing analytics, responsible for analysing the performance of different marketing sources, recommending marketing investment and budget allocation across brands, markets and channels. You will be designing and implementing methodologies to measure marketing effectiveness, from individual channels (e.g. search investment optimisation) to market-wide approaches (e.g. media mix modelling MMM).

You will need:

• Experience in marketing analytics especially in measuring marketing channel performance, building media mix models and budget allocation.
• Mentored/managed junior analysts.
• Strategic thinker who understands ecommerce business models and the economics of operating marketing channels.
