Conference Digital Marketing Executive – London – £28-30K plus Up to 5% Bonus

THE COMPANY

A global technology company, working with a huge variety of brands ranging from WhatsApp to Bet 365 and Adroll just to name a few. My client is a consultancy specialising in tech focused conferences all over the world for their clients. Their core conferences are international with events in San Francisco, Poland and Stockholm. With over 100 people strong in their London office, they also have offices in Stockholm, Krakow, Budapest and New York.

THE ROLE

Sitting within the marketing team, this role will report into the Head of Marketing. The main responsibility of the role will be to grow the reach of their conferences using digital platforms, such as Social, Email and Content. Looking for someone with experience of working within the technology industry and understanding of marketing conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media – Supporting and developing annual social media growth, develop engaging content a start to create engagement and buzz around the brand

• Email communication – There will also be ownership of email campaigns, developing and executing annual email marketing campaign. As part of the email communications, management of the email campaigns and database will be key

• Content/ Editorial – This element of the role would focus around contributing to the editing and proofreading as well as the updating of the content on the website. Working with the team to develop an annual content strategy and contribute to the creation of webinars blog posts and podcasts.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

• Ideally educated to degree level
• At least 2-3 years of tangible marketing experience in B2B Tech, or B2B conferences
• Verbal and written skills should be exceptional
• Social media savvy and great knowledge of techniques and tools

• Experience of working with marketing automation (Pardot ideally) and good knowledge of CRM best practice
• Ideally basic knowledge of HTML
• A positive working attitude and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
