People Partner

An exciting opportunity has become available for People Partner to join an entrepreneurial organisation. Reporting into C suite – This position is newly created due to company growth and expansion.

The company has seen an increase double over the course of 3 years, and is expected to continue with this growth the next few years. The success has been driven from clear strategy and leadership capabilities – Not sitting at 150 employees across the UK our client is seeking a People Partner.

The role will play a pivotal part to continue with the companies growth, with a focus on employee health and wellbeing, strategic processes, recruitment cycle which includes candidate journey and employee relations.

You will implement policies and procedures, drive change and performance and asssit with the upskill of employees across the organisation. Strong communication and influential skills are essential for the position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in hands on operational role in a start up or disruptive technology company.

CIPD qaulified or equivilent deseriable

5 + years experience working in a stand alone position
