HR Business Partner
Our client a Fin-Tech organisation is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner EMEA. This role will report to Global HR Director. This is a new position due to a restructure within the organisation. You will be involved in change projects assisting managers and leadership teams with communication and strategy. You will need to have excellent communications and have the abiity to build relations across stakeholders. The role will involve a heavy amount of Employee Relations and will support a workforce of 250 employees.
CIPD qualification is preferred with experience working within Fintech or Financial Services
Remote role which will eventually move part time into London.
