We are pleased to be working with a superb Fintech company who is recruiting for their first Learning & Development Manager.
This role has been created to shape the organisations People Development ensuring the culture and People are kept at the heart of the organisation.
You will be responsible for the entire Learning & Development function, implemented processes and procedures and be responsible for your own L & D budget.
The organisation will be looking to invest in a state of the art LMS with your guidance to roll this out to the entire UK workforce.
You will support managers by upskilling and created performance reviews, identify training and development throughout the business, engage staff to coach and develop their peers, design and implement training programmes, create an internal academy and develop clear career development paths.
To be considered for this position you will need to have worked within an Learning & Development Role – This would have been your sole responsibility, you will need to operate in a strategic level and fast paced environment
You must have experience working within a Fintech environment.
