Learning & Development Manager

somerset Contract £45000.00 - £50000.00 per annum

Our client is a large retailer with other 100 locations across the UK. They are continuing their expansion in 2021 and are set to open another 50 stores. Given the challenging times our client has thrived and has plans to continue you this across the next few years. With this is in mind a new position has been created within the HR team for a Learning & Development Manager – Responsible for multiple locations across the UK.

This role will involve design and delivery of Learning & Development across all stakeholders. Up skilling all workers – Implemented of a new LMS which the successful candidate will be responsible for.

You will need to have experience working within a retail environment, be hands on and happy to deliver multiple courses on a weekly basis.

Initially this role will be offered on a 6 Month FTC but with the intention to be offered permanently.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced L & D professional to carve a position and create a successful L & D function within a reputable organisation.
