We are working exclusively with our client to hire a Learning & Development Manager, this role will report to Head of HR and be responsible for the entire L & D strategy in fast paced environment.
The company has grown from 20 employees to over 15O in just 6 months!!! They aren’t slowing down anytime soon and are set to hire a further 150 roles in the next 12 months.
You will need to have had experience creating assessment centres, identifying training modules across a diverse work place. This is a hands on operational role, although you will be behind the full strategy this is a stand alone position and therefore requires the successful person to be extremely hands on.
You will have a passion to educate, resilient in your approach and most of all be commercial and forward thinking! Lot’s of buzz words there but it has to be the right person with the right attitude!
Industry experience isn’t a requirement but exposure across multi disciplines will be!

Hybrid working module, 3 days in the office (currently 2 until July) with 2 days working from home
