People Director

An exciting position has been created for one of favourite clients here at Salt Digital. Our client belongs and caters within the Technology world. They have seen global growth over the past 12 months and are continuing to develop across the world. The business has experienced rapid growth starting at just 4 employees and now 160 employees worldwide.

Reporting to the CEO & Co-Founders this a new position for a People Partner. You will have full autonomy in the position be the centre fold of all things People, Culture & Development. The leadership team are extremely excited about the addition to the company and am looking for someone who will join and add value to their journey.

Projects will include;

Implementation of HR division – Process & procedures

HR Strategy

Change transformation

Up skill of the business – leadership teams and all employees

Development

Talent Development

Company culture

Employee Health & Well being

You will need to have worked within a software organisation, this can be from a variety of industries but will need to have a tech start up knowledge.

The role will grow with the organisation – This is not a contract position but the opportunity to be part of driving the companies DNA globally.

CIPD qualification is preferred

Employment Law knowledge is essential

Global experience ideal
