People Partner

We are pleased to be partnering with a large Tech business to recruit a People Partner to join their People team. This is a great opportunity to join an organisation that is not only experienced growth in the past 12 months but is continuing this trend for 2021.

Responsibilities will include;

• Pro-actively work with managers on all HR related topics
• Help develop, up skill and retain staff
• Assist with on boarding of new hires – End to End Employee life cycle
• Maintain personnel files using HRIS
• Drive culture and incentives across the business
• Work closely with the leadership team
• Manage the full life cycle of recruitment
• Build strong relationships with managers to ensure you have a full understanding of the requirement
• Create a positive candidate journey
• Lead key recruitment projects

To be successful for this position you will need;

• 3+ years of experience in an People/HR role with responsibility for the full cycle recruitment
• Passionate about recruitment and able to build strong relationships with various people in the business
• Demonstrable experience with working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workable) and with a HRIS
• Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
• Experience with working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
